Reports indicate that all four occupants of the car were ejected from within in the process, each of whom was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the truck also suffered fatal harm and died at the scene of the crash, while a passenger in the truck was airlifted to a nearby medical facility with severe injuries. While an investigation into the crash has been initiated, no further information was provided as to what might have caused the driver to veer into oncoming lanes.
