In the Los Angeles Daily Journal , Christa is quoted in an article titled “Internet platforms can ban users’ speech, panel rules” about a recent lawsuit filed against Twitter and why the protective measurements of Section 230 in the Communications Decency Act may be too broad.

“If the same things were being said and they were being said on Twitter by others, but yet Twitter is completely immune from any responsibility and has not taken editorial action to take that content down,” she said. “So if Fox News and Newsmax can be held responsible for what people say is defamatory, Twitter should be as well.”
