Bryan Kirsh is an attorney at Ramey Law and focuses his practice on catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, construction defect, and medical malpractice cases. He takes pride in serving his clients and devotes himself to holding individuals, government entities and corporations accountable for the negligence while ensuring his clients receive the maximum recovery available to them.
Bryan was born and raised in Ventura County. He received his Bachelors Degree from the University of California Santa Barbara and then his Juris Doctorate from the Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law on a full-tuition scholarship. While in law school, Bryan served as Senior Editor of the Penn State Law Review and as Research Fellow for the Penn State Institute for Sports Law, Policy and Research. In addition, he also externed for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office in the Consumer Protection and Environmental Crimes Division.
Bryan is a member of the State Bar of California and is licensed to practice before the Central District Court of California and all state courts in the State of California. He is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), the American Association of Justice (AAJ), and the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA).
